Having a liquor store open below our studio has spurned a few more cocktail hours over here. We planned on doing this peach cocktail because we’ve been inspired by our Atlanta pattern and the studio has been a gazillion degrees. Of course the day we made them it is 60 and raining. C’est la vie! They were just the right mix of sweet and savory. A great brunch cocktail to replace your tired Mimosa.
